When I think of fitness I don't think of something that is short term or temporary. I believe anyone can create a healthy lifestyle. It's knowing what to do and how to create good habits. We are all capable of it.
This does not mean we have to be perfectly toned but we can be healthy. No one's body is the same and therefore we will not all look the same. And that's okay! We are all special and having a healthy lifestyle will help our journey through life much easier and enjoyable. Not to mention... Less trips to the Doctor! A healthy lifestyle keeps the Doctor away ;)
